Machine head and chimaira show review:
first at 3, both bands were doing a signing at relapse records, it was cool as shit! My friend got each band to sign a side of a jager bottle. I got them to sign album covers.
the show:
13even - eh... nothing special
Trivium - eh... nothing special
Chimaira - wow. This is the longest set I have ever heard them play, and it was amazing. After this set I was sore as all hell. They are always an amazing band to see live.
machine head - OMFG! It was perhaps the best show I have ever been to. It was the 10 year aniversary of machine head's burn my eyes album and they played the entire thing. Mark from chimaira came and did some medelys with them. They did metallica, motly crue, sepultura, and pantera. I was right next to the speakers and my ears still hurt...
I took some pictures, but please excuse my shitty camera, it does not do very well in the dark.
And these are when mark came out for the medely:
All in all, this was perhaps the best show I have ever seen. Though the opening bands weren't all that great, Chimaira and Machine Head put on an amazing show!
